Shipping and Assembly

We use a courier-based shipping service that allows us, the service provider, and you, the customer, to keep track of your shipment. Each crib shipped will have a tracking code and be delivered to your door using the courier service. Shipping charges and fees apply for this service, which is reflected in the final price of the product. Using a courier service is the most reliable way of ensuring your beautiful product gets delivered on time and in excellent condition. Delivery Service Details:

Once your MISK nursery order has been processed, a member of our team will contact you to schedule delivery.

  • MISK nursery hires a team of professionals who will deliver and may assemble items to your home, depending on what service you have chosen at time of order.
  • Delivery is a separate service from assembly. Assembly has an extra fee, which the customer may specify and order at the time of ordering the furniture item
  • If you have special delivery needs, please contact us.
  • Please provide us with contact phone numbers where you can be reached during business hours and evenings. Providing a mobile phone number is recommended.
  • Delivery day of the week and times may be limited, depending on your location and the schedule.
  • Please advise us of any special circumstances that will affect our ability to deliver to you; for example road access limits due to vehicle size, building and community restrictions, etc.
  • Please ensure your entryways and hallways (including turning radius) will fit the dimensions of your items. We are not responsible for hanging mirrors, picture frames or other wall hanging products, wiring of electrical items, removal of mattresses, roll out/set up of existing rugs and floor coverings, hanging of blinds, curtains or drapes, or the plumbing and connection of sanitary ware.
  • Minor set up and assembly, such as inserting the mattress, is part of our service.
  • The merchandise is wrapped in special materials for final delivery to your home. The Home Delivery team will unpack or unwrap furniture items and remove all packaging materials from your home.

We want our customers to feel confident in buying our products online and in store, and are here to support you loving our products and receiving great customer service.

MISK nursery accepts returns up to 7 calendar days (1 week) after the products purchased are delivered. Should the customer be dissatisfied with the product for any reason, please contact us immediately at info@misknursery.com. Returns are accepted within the time limit with proof of purchase (online order confirmation or store receipt), and refunds processed as per bank timeline. Please note that the standard of shipping and/or delivery of returns will be the responsibility of the client.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
